Practice Announcement: A message from Debbie

A fond farewell and thank you...

“After 5 very happy years working at the surgery, it is with sadness that I am announcing I will be leaving my role at the practice. A very difficult decision but I’m looking forward to a new chapter in my life, spending time with family and welcoming our first grandchild in September.

I wish I could say my goodbyes in person but time marches on and so I would like to send my heartfelt thanks and fond farewells to all of my patients. It has been an absolute privilege to care for you and your families and I leave with very special memories of my time at Hartington surgery. Thank you. You truly are the best.

Many best wishes
Debbie”

Debbie has been a patient and staff favourite throughout her time working at the Surgery. She will be truly missed and we wish her well in the next phase of her life.

Friday 2nd August will be her last official working day in her role as Advanced Nurse Practitioner, although she may help us out from time to time in the future. We look forward to catching up with her when we next see her!!

Our new ANP, Laura Cross will start in the post from September following her summer holiday, and we welcome her to the practice.

Farewell Debbie Peach xxx
