Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) 2025
QOF is the way in which the NHS objectively analyses the Clinical and Public Health performance of GP practices in England.
We are pleased to announce that the early indications are that for the fourth successive year we have achieved a score of 100% in the areas of clinical care, and for the second successive year an overall score of 100% in all domains.
We will provide an update when the official figures are released but on deeper analysis of the 2024 results only 186 practices from over 6,200 achieved this level of performance. When taking into account Personal Care Adjustments (a way in which a GP surgery can exclude patients whose results have not met the targets set by the NHS) then we were placed third in England.
We are grateful to all staff for their hard work and dedication in being able to deliver care to such a standard. Our ability to be able to deliver on this level is also fundamentally underpinned by the engagement of our fantastic patients with us as a practice.
